Job Description

Project Management:

Participate in team projects and contribute significantly.
Provide support to team & projects in the absence of TL/AM.
Liaison with other teams on important projects/initiatives.


Create, monitor and close Sales force and Service Desk cases in a timely manner meeting the Service Level Expectation (SLE).
Manage Live Chats.
Contribute knoweldge articles.
Manage support queues, including following up on open issues, assisting with issue resolution, escalating issues, working directly with the other referral teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction by proper escalation within a quick turnaround time.
Answer inquiries in the areas of content, learning organization and contacts, where to find certain learning information, e-learning guide, etc.
Redirect inquiries about systems and functionality to appropriate resources within a tracking system.
Participate in systems Testing as and when required.
Should take on additional responsibilities as and when required.
Assist new hires on process, over a period of time.


Participate in firm & process initiatives as needed.
Provide Support to Team Leader as and when needed.
Work as part of a team and support team members in accomplishing their respective tasks.

The key skills required are as follows:

Has 1-3 years of customer service experience through Email and Live Chat support
Has knowledge and working experience on any Learning Management System (LMS)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (must be an effective communicator)
Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact with customers directly globally
Highly organized
Process and detailed oriented
Intermediate to advanced capabilities in word-processing, spreadsheet and other PC software, as well as with Email and the internet
Ability to prioritize time and work on multiple tasks with ongoing deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with multiple departments
Self-starter; highly motivated to learn new skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
